Need help with rear passenger window, please

The metal/rubber lip on the bottom of the window has come off.
I’m having difficulty slipping it back on the bottom of the window. Motor and regulator are fine just the metal lip has come away. It’s a lot harder not taking the window out but I understand that’s not as easy as the front windows.

I havent done a rear window before, but when I do the front I hold the window up with some wedges, like those ones you slip under doors to keep them open. I put some soapy water on the rubber and slip it on.

Thanks, I tried some silicon spray but it just won’t go on. Will try soapy water. Cheers
