Need help with 2stage shocks

So I've recently bought a 1996 JDM 80 series that came with the 2 stage shock absorbers. I'm trying to see why the light won't come on when I press the shocks.

I'm pretty certain there are no blown fuses, shocks have the connectors and clean but not sure where exactly the ECU is. My next thing was to check if I press the switch, can I feel the motors actuate but any suggestions is appreciated

well funny enough, I had someone press the switch and felt the actuators engage so it seems like the light is dead in the switch.
