Having IFS and wanting a lift that also flexes good is an oxymoron...

95 truck or 4Runner? If it's the latter... we might can help you...

Truck

I have a 95 ext cab truck an I have put lots of lifts on trucks but never a Toyota so an imput is welcome thanks

Kinda depends on what your end goal is. One direction would be to throw an OME lift on it and run 33 inch tires. This will take you a lot of places. The other route is to do a Solid Axle Swap. Seems like Marlin Crawler, All-Pro, and Trail-Gear are most often talked about. I don't have any experience with any of these kits.

Check out this IFS Toyota Pickup article (thought it had OME, but it doesn't): Don West's 1994 Toyota Pickup

Note though, at the end he "plans to do a SAS and add 35 inch tires"!

Just my opinion...

Moderate: Lockers. 30s or 31s

Medium: Lockers, Ball joint spacers... rear springs... 32s 33s...

Mild: Lockers, (and god I hate to day it, but) 2" BL, 1-2" Drivetrain lift, BudBuilt crossmember... BJ spacers... 35s.
I say BL b/c the more I read about suspension lifts the more I don't think they're worth the money, and stamped steel spacers can't be stronger than factory hardware... IMO, the closer you stay to a stock Toyota IFS, the stronger it will be. A body lift lets you lift the drivetrain as well, so the BL is not a primary source of lift... And then again, you're asking me. IMO, no one can tell you best what you need...

Wild: Lockers (ARBs), SAS... Do doubt. Longfields... V6 centers, 5:71s... @ 38s or greater...

i would get a set of sway bar disconnects and then buy a 4 inch super lift. thats how ur going to get the max amount of flex (btw go with a stage 2 kit so you get new leaf springs.)
