What is the proper hi lift jack holder for the Land Cruiser 70 .... Search did not find much and I emailed Kaymar was not available to respond ... part number if possible

I've mounted mine on the top of my ARB bumper. I've seen several mounted on custom rear bumpers with swing away tire supports. I'm not sure there is a proper, or factory method. If you look through the mod'ed 70's sticky there are several different mounting methods.

I thought you wanted Toyota OEM jack holder.
The Toyota OEM jack is an excellent strong little jack. You only have to lift the axle a few inches to remove a tire. The high lift you have to jack the truck up about a foot, because of all the suspension droop. And when its jacked with the high lift the truck tends to be unstable. The little bottle jacks are quicker and easier to use.
