Hi this is my first posting but I have been using Mud for a long time for tech help. I have been converting my Hilux from Right to Left Hand Drive and partial restoration for a daily driver.
It's an 88 Hilux Double Cable with a 2LT from a surf swap that I purchased that way. The truck did not come with a compressor so I have been trying to source one in the US. I finally pulled the trigger after a bit of research on a compressor that was supposed to fit. The compressor itself does but the clutch pulley is not located outboard enough to line up with the crank pulley and idler pulley.
I would like to source either a complete compressor or just the clutch or rather exchange the clutch with the rebuilder I purchased it from if they have it.
From research it seems that there are 2 pulleys a short and a long style. I need the long style what seems to be referred to as 447300 - 1170 Clutch with the A pulley
I purchased the 10P15C. I believe the C may mean the pulley. I think I need a 1015A
I tried my best to measure from the from compressor boss to what I think would be the center of V groove.
What I get is 75mm from boss front to groove center, and 85 center boss to center groove approximately. It is not easy to get squares and straight edges in there now that is complete.
