I need to wire up a cb, high band and low band radio's. I found this little unit and am thinking this will tidy up my wiring as I will not have to run as many wires. I can mount this directly to the panel I plan to make to house all of my radios. So my big question, is there an issue with noise or loss etc. plugging my radios into one unit or should they all be run to the battery?

A quality installation to a buss bar or fuse block will often yield no noise problems, but there is less risk of them going straight to the battery.

Be sure to not run your power wires alongside of the antenna coax.

If you go this route you will want bigger wire between bus bar and battery. Make sure connections at battery are low resistance.
Assume you will be doing same thing with ground, again big wire to battery.

This is designed for 4 gauge wire input, that should be big enough shouldn't it? Another question, with this type of set up would you tin the wires?

4 GA sounds more than big enough. Those connectors look like they are gold plated, if so you would not want to tin them. Tin to gold has higher galvanic corrosion than copper.
