Anyone know where the best source is to get either a rebuilt or new injector pump for a 2H?

Take the one you have down to your local Bosch Diesel specialist and have it rebuilt. Even though the H/2H are not super common in North America, the pump is similar to what is used on Mercedes and they will be able to work on it - at least that is the case here in DC.
