Need 200 Help in Phoenix - 200 look-see

I have a 200 at Bell Road Toyota that I would like to buy but can't get to it until 8 October (I live in Denver and will be in Europe from this Friday to the 7th). Can anyone on MUD take a look at this thing and give me an opinion? Its a 2016 CPO with a clean Carfax. Before I send them >$60K I would like someone to tell me what condition its in other than the dealer.

I had two folks check it out. A shout out to @c4xplsv for seeing my post here and going to look. I'm trying to buy it but Bell Toyota is being difficult since I am out of state. All-in-all, i think we will end up buying it. Thanks for all the help!
