Wanted Need 1 Tailgate Hinge

Anybody out there have 1 Tailgate Hinge, for either an FST FJ 40 or the SWB FJ 45, it has to be the one that has 2 vertical holes on the tab portion of the hinge that bolts to the tub. Thanks Steve
