The orange part (that's technical speak, sorry ) is marked with LC 03KD 033A
The other part is marked with TYD085U in one place and 5B08 on another.
Shortly after I bought my 80 pickup the clutch went out. My son's class replaced it at the high school autoshop. They bought a Centerforce but counldn't make it work. I think they couldn't get it to disengage. They took it back out and used a stock replacement, so I've got a nearly brand new, installed only once Centerforce clutch laying around. The class picked it out and bought it, and I don't have the original box, so I can't confirm the part numbers to know for sure if they even bought the right one.
I hate to see it gathering dust on my shelf, so if someone can use it let me know.
