It is plug and play after everything is wired up. The reason people use the Teyes is to avoid this. If you want to go this route, I suggest a better quality head unit. No reason to go Teyes if you want physical buttons.

Hasan Khan is on the facebook land cruiser forums. He is in Southern CA. Shahab Akbar is also on the same forums. I bought two Nav delete kits from him. He is in Pakistan. Both good dudes.

Wow, more involved than I thought it would be. You'd think swapping all Toyota parts would be more plug and play. My hat's off to you for going through this and taping the process. Clearly success is based on fully prepping to make sure you've got all the wire, tools, drawings and necessary parts on hand before starting. And in a perfect world, you've got a second car you can use while your 100 is all pulled apart...

I do. I have the Squ1dmobile. 2019 4Runner is my daily
