The Mystery Has Been Solved!

The reason behind Deutsche Optik's statement that their NATO cans are now "WATER CONTAINERS" is I believe that "portable fuel cans" made after 2008 must have child proof lids. The NANNY STATE strikes again. For those in the PDRK if you are planning a trip to Colorado I will be glad to take delievery of your "WATER CONTAINERS" for you and you can pick them up when you visit.

That's very kind of you, Wizard.
Your sig, rocks, too, I was just thinking about Kelley's Heroes the other day.

"Always with the negative waves...have a little faith, baby"

Hijacked my own thread...LOL

yeah... it's okay though.

"I like to imagine we're on a kind of rearguard defense, in case the Germans broke through, and were a threat to say, London, or New York."

Anyway, sub-hijack
I'm looking into buying a revolver, and I thought the CARB BS was insane, buying a handgun in CA, or worse yet, being an authorized seller of handguns in CA, it's enough to put a guy in the bughouse!

Actually, I mentioned to my dad that I was on the hunt for one, and he offered me my late uncle's service revolver from his time with the Mendocino County Sheriff's Department. He was my hero growing up, so I think it's pretty cool to be able to inherit it.
