BRC National Land Use Update USFS Announces Members of Advisory Committee to Implement New Planning Regulations Dear BRC Members and supporters, Today Tom Vilsak, the Secretary of Agriculture, announced 21 members to serve on the Federal Advisory Committee for implementation of the U.S. National Forest Planning Rule. This committee will advise and give recommendations to the Secretary of Agriculture and the Chief of the U.S. Forest Service on implementation of the new planning rule.
