Mystery Part

A few weeks ago I took almost all the interior out of my truck to see and fix rust.
I was rummaging around looking for a trim piece and pulled this other thing out of the box.

I don't know what this part is. Anybody know?

I just put my door all back together so I can’t check again, but I want to say it looks like a bracket off the power module box in the front door.

Hmmm. I did not remove the door cards.
Maybe it will become clear when I put everything back in.
Rear heater will come out first.

I think this is a part from an HJ61/FJ62 . When you fold the (separate) rear seats , there is a strap with a small hook that hooks to this part which is bolted to the the front seat , so they won't fall back .
