Mystery noise from the dash???

This is the 2nd time in a week this noise started coming from the center section of the front dash Just under navigation screen. It is a strange whining noise. When I shut down engine and restart it goes away.

Anyone else had this happen or give me a clue to what it could be?

Took a quick clip of it on my phone, but can’t get it to upload.

Likely your cabin air filter attempting to close or closing...

Biggest moving part in the dash, besides the fan underneath it. You can certainly open up the glovebox and watch/hear to see if that's where the noise is, could be the fan as well, another easy fix.
