.... or at least the start of it.

She's friggin' long.... 32' + 4' dovetail. I'll probably end up cutting the dovetail off. Hangs purdy low in the back and gettin' her into Flat Nasty will be a interesting.

Don't you dare cut on that trailer you'll love the extra room even if it is dovetailed. It will drag but it won't hurt nothing. and besides if you can't get that in at flat nasty then I will be s*** out of luck with the 44 footer. That is one sharp trailer.

Thinking about airbags to lift the trailer deck when in rough terrain or maybe some type of rollers or maybe just a big ol' skid plate..... we'll see.

That reminds me.... I gotta go call Ron & Shiela again....

Congrats Mike.....look forward to seein it a Flat NAsty.:D

Stripped off all the wood on the front 16' foot of deck, added 1.5" square x 1/4" wall tube on 16" centers front to back and 1/4" x 2.5" flat bar on 12" centers cross ways then 14 ga. tread plate decking. Seems to have stiffened the trailer. Still wanna cut the dove tail off but that'll be another day.

At any rate the camper is mounted. Once I get a couple of jobs done the next couple of weeks I may be able to get the steel for the door frames. After that'll be something to fill the gap between the camper overhead and the gooseneck and some spare tire mounts.
