Actually, I emailed the seller and received more pictures. There is some serious rust on the p.s. rear qtr, which explains why the tire carrier is inside the cab. Also, there are some other minor cosmetic issues in the cab. Not that they are big issues, but definitely not a $11K truck before shipping and tariffs.

I'm seeing if the seller is dead set on that price.
