I got this sauce a month or so back and wanted to share.
Back story. I was lucky enough to be exposed to many things growing up. One of these things was Chinese culture language and food. So long story short I ended up studying under a Chinese Chef for a long time and have developed quite the palate for delicious food.
So I present to you: outrageously hot Chinese chili pepper hot oil! This stuff is so hot I only use about 1/2 a Tablespoon or less in my dishes. Its perfect for stir Fry, I wouldn't use it on hot dogs because of the oil. You can always tell that you're on the right track for quality foods when they say "Made in Taiwan."
