Rob's Truck that was done had a recently rebuilt 3.0 in it so I bought it from him...
Took out to our buddy's place to cut all the suspension out of Rob's Runner. We don't **** around when it comes to cuttin stuff out!!...
Bought some ProComp Wheels and my Buddy Matt TIG'd on the beadlock rings from DIYbeadlocks.com...
Rebuilt the F/R Axles with 5.29s and a bunch of Trail Gear Parts, Spartan Locker in the Front, and an ARB in the rear...
Took it back over to Matt's Shop and we cut all the suspension and bracketry out. Thanks to Matt, Rob, and Jeremy for that help!!...
Sitting on all fours with the new axles and 31's...
Got the Tires mounted on the beadlocks with the newly powdercoated Rock Rings and Replaced the standard beadlock hardware with Panhead Allen Head Black Oxide Bolts...
Steering Box moved forward, braced and good to go...
Mounted ARB switches in the dash but not happy with how they turned out. Will do for now...
On Board Air setup mounted under the truck, but not finalized in this pic...
Took the truck over to Rob's and he welded on Shock Hoops from Davez Performance. They looks great. 14'' Bilstein 5150s...
Testing the Flex-u-lation. Pretty good for Leafs I'd say :happy ...
Taking it wheeling for the first time next weekend in Lockwood, MO, so my buddy Jeremy came over today and helped me finish up some of the last details. First is a set of Temporary Sliders. Temp because we will be building new ones to integrate with the soon-to-come exo...
We got the custom rear shock mount, tabs, and exhaust all weldered up. A few small details to finish up and she's ready for next weekend!! ...
The Rear end is just about all done. All that's left is a 90* fitting for the inlet line of my air tank. But other than that, ready to go...
I also got my hand throttle installed. Yes, I cheat and I like it :flipoffsmirk...
