Looks awesome!

How do you like driving it with 35s and no gears?
I was on the fence between 35s and 33s...

Nice LX! You from Hawaii? I too am curious about the 35s on stock gears. What lift you on(sorry if i missed it)? Where you located? Looks like Washington or Oregon(so green:D)

IMO, I wouldn't recommend 35's with the 4sp w/o regearing... especially when towing. I think it would be fine with the 5sp. But it's all relative. I'm sure others will say 35/4.3/4sp would be fine. I did it for a year and after regearing, it was a very significant improvement.

As far as the 35s without gearing, its not too bad, but I am def. going to change the gearing in the near future, just did not want to wait to go to the 35s until then, I am happy with it. I cant speak of the towing much, my father has a 07 lx470 and mother has a 05 lx470 I drive quite often that I use to tow our bosten whaler 22 dauntless, and I can def. tell the difference hopping in mine after driving the stock ones! And for location, im in Washington state!

House has too many land cruisers! Picking up a fj60 tomorrow and possibly a fj40 to restore!

Wow nice house and lineup. I want to move there someday.

Sounds like a blast! I would love to go! Just need to know where and a date, clicked on link and calender wont open

Yeah, we are having some technical difficulties switching hosts. :bang:

It's the last weekend of September in the Browns Camp OHV area. That is in the Tillamook State Forest, right off of Hwy 6 in Oregon.

Suprisingly it only barely rubs in the front, even with the 1.5inch spacers front and rear it grabs fender in front for a sec then slips inside and is fine, the rear clears no problem full flex I will post a pic!

And yup the flares are just thick plastic I had cut at a plastic place here and there 3in by 42in and I will be putting on the rear flares in the next day or so!

As for the CB, I went with a midland (cheap) and reviews seemed to be positive, might go to something different when I know more about CB's but for now its perfect! I'll post a pic of install too
