I'm new and I hope this is the correct forum if not please tell me admin. I have my very first Toyota pickup 1987 4 cylinder 32 inch tires and I have a few questions.
First there is a button on the console that says power and reg in the upper right corner what exactly is that?
Second any recommendations on what all I should do to it? The engine is freshly rebuilt and runs perfect.
Third my gauge cluster doesn't light up would it be the summer switch?
Fourth what oil should I use? High mileage?
Fifth and final where is a good place other than pull a part to get parts?

Thanks guys!

Also the fuel float is stuck is that a project I can tackle on my own or am I better off getting it fixed? Also where can I get a good brush guard and a rear bumper?
Is linex bed liner worth the money?

1. Picture of said button?

2. What do you plan on doing with the truck? If offroad then suspension lift and mud tires. Any rust? If so fix it or kill it to prevent further spread! Drive and enjoy the friggin thing for the most part.

3. I dunno... check the dimmer thingy if it has one.

4. I run good old halvoline in my junk with no problems. Biggest issue is keeping it changed on a regular basis.

5. Here on mud under the classifieds section. Now breathe young padawon....breathe!!!!!
