Replaced tie rod ends and a few other things so the truck was in the driveway up on jack stands for less than a week while I ordered some parts online. Finished the job then popped the hood just to inspect and found chewed wires. The chewed wires are all connected to the "black box" thing towards the outer side of the brake fluid reservoir. There's three pin harness things that plug into this "black box" and there's at least 10 wires chewed all the way through through (at least a couple on each of the three pin harness things). Car starts but the Brake, ABS and VSC warning lights are now on. Anyone know how the 2001 LX is wired up? I would like to just buy the oem wires and unplug and plug back in. Looks like it will be expensive unless I start splicing wires but there isn't a whole lot of wiggle room for that. Bummed to see this after being so proud that I was able to do some repairs without a huge struggle due to something I did wrong, etc. Thanks.
