Have a 94 toyota pickup 3.0 5 speed. Yesterday my truck started to run like crap like it was running on 5 cylinders. I had a crack in one of my spark plug wires so I bought all new ones seemed to run fine. I just went out and started it and it was doing it again it will run good than like crap than good. So any suggestions on what to check. Maybe check my spark plugs?

Start checking the codes
You may also want to inspect your distributor cap, often they develop carbon cracks that actually send the spak to another plug causing the misfire. Presumably this situation should have triggered the check engine light.
As another posting suggested before buying anything check for engine codes if none exist focus on mechanical items.

I would check the plugs. Codes and Dizzy, as has been said.
If there are no codes you should check the compression on the rear-most cylinders. 3.0s are notorious for head gaskets blowing and they usually go on the back cylinders.

Today I drove it around all day I went and took off the wires and made sure they were on ran good hum

another possible issue could be a tired, or plugged injector.
Well how is the dizzy o-ring? was it wet when it was missing?
