Most economical way to raise 98 tacoma 2wda couple of inches?

Hi guys,
What's the most economical(cheap) way to raise my '98 2wd a couple of inches so I can put taller tires on?
I don't want to go off road or anything like that being that it's a 2.4 2wd but just want to improve the looks of the truck a little.

You can purchase some front spacers that go over your front springs that will give you close to 2 inches and in back an add-a-leaf. I have the aforementioned in my rear and Hate it. The ride really stiffened up. I will soon be spending the $600 on a set of Deaver's to stop my chattering teeth.

Thanks Happy Trails, would longer shackles work for the rear to add couple of inches?

yes and you can also use blocks in the rear or look into a 2" bodylift.

Thanks fsusteve. Blocks won't work because it's spring under axle. Remember, the magic word is CHEAP.
Bodylift sounds pretty involved time and money wise, am I correct?

no they're cheap and the mods are limited by how much height you try to achieve. My son's 97 Taco is sprung over, I thought that was factory.

I think they sell a 'flip kit'. I know they have them for lowering, just assUme that it would be for the other way. A simple front leveling spacer would probably do.

I bought my spacers at Wheelers Offroad and then later when I added an ARB bumper and Warn winch, I upgraded to Donahoe coil overs $$$
