More Important: low miles or newer Mfg Date?

Looking for a 2hunny 2016+. Since they are all the same I'm wondering if a newer car is more important (e.g. 2018 with higher miles) or a lower mile 2016.....hmmm.

My bottom line would be differences in the apparent care that each was given by the previous owner.

An adage given to me by my dad when I was looking for a used car was, "Check the trunk first, if it's trashed - don't waste anymore time - look elsewhere."

Given only those two variables, lower miles.

Sometimes you find these super high mileage cruisers, 40K-50K/year... WTH... that's too much time spent on the highway...

I'd also consider where the LC spent its time, i.e., the north country or down south/out west. Though, if you're looking for 2016+ only, then I'd expect that might not be as much as a factor.
