More Fuel

Does anyone know if there is a aux. fuel tank availible. 19 gals. wont get you that far or back. Any help would be appreciated.

the parado has an aux tank available from the factory and beinf that the FJ is the same Chassis as that LC then i think it wouldnt be too hard to use the parados aux tank. havent tried it personally though

the fj chassis started with the prado design but is modified such that the aux gas tank for the prado does not fit our model, thats what I was told by the aux tank guy months ago.

If I makes you feel any better I've filled up my FJ up to 21.8 US gals... *shrug*

Where is the gas tank on the FJ???? (don't know I'm a Prado guy)

If it is under the belly (I believe it is) then perhaps look at the tank from a 2 door Prado which is under the rear behind the axle as it looks like they have a short bum (rear axle to rear of car) like the FJ. The 4 door Prado has a longer bum I think (can only go by pics)

Just my thoughts

The Fj's tank is inside of the frame rails, ahead of the rear axle on the driver's side.
