Missing idle/ check engine light.

Hey guys. Im new to the forum and just bought my first 60 series. I have a 1988 FJ62 US spec and just starter all of sudden having issues with the idle and check engine light. I pulled the 11 code. I have new spark plugs, new engine air filter. It runs perfect, no skipping no nothing. Once i let go of the gas when approaching to traffic light the idle drops and then tries to go back up but shuta down in the process. The GIF i attached you can see when i oress the gas rpm goes up, stay up a little and then drops triggering the CEL light. Any help please to find the culprit?
