Headlight motor and reservoir - maybe. Did they work? Pic of the reservoir crack?

Continuity is good with the fuse but....

how do i check if the motor is good? I have no idea where the switch is for this motor. Should it come on when the wiper motor spray comes on for the windshield?

Haven't looked at one of those motors close up, but I assume you can apply voltage to it and see if it spins. Mine has never worked, but as I understand it - yes, should come on along with the windshield washers.

Motor works!..just hooked it up directly to the battery and spins like a champ
