Minimum rotor thickness???

At what point can you no longer turn rotors? Is there a minimum thickness published somewhere?

yes in the FSM and on the rotor it self, not sure off the top of my head what it is. Or call up the a parts store and ask them for the specs, there books will show it.

86 cruiser is 0.748" (19mm). Orig thickness is 0.787" (20mm)

I agree, I think 19mm is it. Normally it's cast into the rotor.
