Middle Seat Fold Down Cable? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know if the cable that connects the lever on the diver's side of the middle seat to the locking mechanism on the other side of the seat is available separately?

This is the lever on the side of the seat that you flip to fold down the back rest from vertical to horizontal. It is not the lever under the seat to flip the whole thing forward. My cable is stretched and the seat back won't fold down. It also seems to have a lot of friction.

not sure but interested....same thing happened to me on my 3rd row passenger side seat....I keep a pair of pliers in the car now to help with the job
