Metal Welder/Fabricator recs? Sway bar frame bracket rusted out (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

Does anyone know of a good welding/fabricating shop? I just found out that my sway bar mounts have rusted out and cracked, just like in this thread:

Been chasing a clunking sound in my front suspension since Sunday and found the culprit: Broke the frame mount when I hit a hole in a water crossing a little faster than I should have, but it was obviously on its way out. Is anyone fabbing a replacement bracket for these? I know it's a...

I'm going to take a look later today but my mechanic said I might want to check with some body shops and see if they will do the welding for me.

Totally forgot to update this thread!

In case anyone else needs this service, I got a bracket fabbed up and welded in at Carlucci's Welding in Norwalk CT. Website is carlucciwelding

They took care of it for $200 all in and they were done in about a hour and a half. Good guys and I'd highly suggest them to anyone else that needs this type of work done.

I know they are a bit outside of the NYC area but I'm in Stamford CT for work and they were around the corner.
