I have the interior floor pretty much down to bare metal. There is a little rust along the sides by the front and rear doors as well as the seam where the rear passengers feet would be. I have sandblasted most and I only have a couple of small holes that actually go thru the floor. What's the best way to fill the holes? I have no welding experience or a welder for that matter.
I plan on spraying bed liner on the floor and want to put something on the metal to help with future rust problems. What's the best product that can be sprayed over the metal before I do the bedliner? I've seen the por proudcts & rust bullet but they seem to be more for painting over. I think I'm going to use the Hippo White spray in Bed Liner and was told that it would work great on a sandblasted surface without having to prime first. Any pointers?

I have had good luck with POR putty. So from bare metal, treat with POR 15, let dry. Then use the putty (it's like epoxy that you cut off and then mix the two parts). Also, POR makes a patch kit that you can use on floorboards. It's fiberglass cloth and two kinds of paint. It seems to work well too. But for what you are saying, I'd go with the epoxy because it's easy to work with, hardens really well, is sandable, and you can form it into whatever shape you need.
