does anyone know of a company like this?
i have looked on the internet and can't seam to find anything

What's wrong with fiberglass

The nature of fiberglass makes it an "expendable" part of a truck. It does bend more in situations where metal may crease (i.e. a shopping cart hit) but offroad enviroments shread them. I'm sure some people have experience where the fiberglass lasted them years. A racing truck will go through most of it's fiberglass components in a single season. My co-workers have newer Ford's w/fiberglass from the factory, even daily driving on desert roads trashes them.

If you need to cover a 3-4 inch bulge on the sides there's not many options. I am in the process of shopping for fiberglass because I have no choice. I'm hoping to shread two sets a year or less, they will be very ugly by the time they get changed out.

If you have an english wheel and a buttload of spare time you could problably bulge some stock fenders.

I have Hannemann fiberglass fenders and they have way more give in them than metal. Since replacing all of the body panels on my truck they seem to be the only ones that still look new. On top of that. If you crack them you can just sand down the crack and re-fill them, sand them and your done. Other than the itchy skin part of working with glass i find it easier than metal.

You can also buy the materials to make molds of your fenders to remake them if they get destroyed. the molds are a little time consuming to make but once they're done you can make new ones as much as you like - just don't sell them.

The only gripe I have about the glass stuff is that they fit horribly from the factory. I had to really work them and remake some of the mounting tabs to get them to fit like a Toyota panel should.

I think this is a cool concept. It would be like getting race look from the factory. You might be able to have some formed out of aluminum from someone (expensive). Also a lot of fiberglass guys are now offering in carbon fiber. That might be your compromise, but the fit needs to be right initially I would think.

yeah and carbon fiber will NOT be cheap
