Memphis Area??

Anyone willing to go by this place in Memphis area to check out a 99 Land Cruiser for me...one owner, non smoker, service records, etc.

I am concerned whether the water pump, timing belt, etc was done as not listed on carfax...and if there is rust underneath or other than normal leaks and wet spots on trans, engine, diffs, etc.
