The ads re-appeared because I've been cleaning up usergroup promotions this morning.
10-year forum members automatically get their ads removed, same as Supporting Members. I've re-set that permission, and you should no longer be seeing the ads.

Every sub transaction is tied to Paypal or Stripe...I have transactions back to March 2025 in my email, and your username/email doesn't appear.
CCs update, and that is commonly when subscriptions fade away.
I don't know why it would have stopped. Its likely that the payment method on file with PayPal wasn't responding to the request and PayPal simply auto-cancelled everything.
PayPal does unexplainable things. Not the first time and won't be the last either. And Stripe has it's own annoyances.

I think I know! Changed my email from cox to outlook and would have updated PayPal! Don't mind at all continuing to support this site so assume I just need to set silver star again?
ah, that would do it! I do see in your acct history that the email was changed just prior on your forum account.
