May need the transmission seal replaced between the tranny and the transfer case, as there was a liter too much in transfer case, and the tranny was down a liter.

Any recommendations of who is competent and reasonable? Much appreciated.

You could just buy the oil return kit from Man-a-fre or other US venders. I did.

Recommendations:

EBI 461-FJ40 in Port Moody.
Ciaran at Cruiserland, Langley

I bought a 1/8 npt tap, and drilled a hole in both my fill caps. Then I screwed in a 1/8 to 1/4 jic fitting. Then I ran a hose from each fitting with 1/4 jic ends. Super basic to do. Solves the problem completely. DO not spend the money replacing the seal on your truck. Save for when it time to rebuild the case and transmission. As taking apart a a split case t-case to change the seal on a worn t-case is a waste of time.

Go with the hose.
