There are not many bj parts in FLA.

I am thinking of buying this rig.

Is anyone near Margaree Centre interested in removing/palleting parts in exchange for the majority of a BJ60?

I want the books, alt, radiator/shroud, ac system, bell housing, trans/xfer, drive shafts, h20 pump /pulleys, t-stat housing and power steering system.

You keep the 3b, axles, title, body, int, frame, etc etc...... in exchange for crating everything for shipping.

I would handle all the shipping arrangements and expenses.

I would be more then happy to set something up. But...

The problem is that nobody lives near Margaree Center. I'm from Nova Scotia (about 400km away). Transportation infrastructure in Atlantic Canada is so poor, it's unbelievable. To get this truck from there to my place alone is a good $600-$700. I had to transport a BJ60 from Saint John, NB to my place (50km on the map!). I paid $500 for it and I had to wait 3 weeks! I'm not kidding! This is - literally - the end of world. It's easier to send something from Mexico or Africa. :crybaby:

I'm out of here as soon as I can...

I would love to do this but being in MO makes it kinda hard. And I can't think of anyway to get it to MO cheaply if it doesn't run....does it??

lunyou

Is it old enough to import to the US?? Could a person buy it and drive it across the border??

I looked at the ad....it's a canadian cruiser isn't it? So the 25 year law doesn't apply, you can buy it and take it home. We can buy and sell vehicles across the boarder if it was built for our markets.

read the importing FAQ thread in the diesel section for more info.
