Hi all, recently finished a transmission drop and am putting everything back together, just 2 questions, first off what thread size are the prop shaft nuts as I've lost them? And 2nd is I swear I've plugged everything into the transmission but there's still one plug left, 2 prong that I can't find a home for, anyone have a diagram they can post for me?

What vehicle? Engine etc?

There's workshop manuals and wiring diagrams in the RESOURCES section of the forum menu.

Not sure if Aussie spec manuals are there.
I think the Aussie spec chassis repair manual is there which should have wiring diagrams.

There may also be extra plugs that are unused as provision for different models

Ok so new problem, clutch plate was changed with one that only had about 4000k's on it, now there's a burning smell when driving and I can't figure it out, I can also hear what sounds like fluid running when I'm in the car (I have the centre rubber removed so can see the gearbox from inside) any suggestions to the issue? I haven't experienced this before which is why I'm confused

For ages I'd get a smell of hot gear oil from my 80, but only occasionally.
Turned out to be because the rubber boots around the shifter were torn.

These boots do a lot to stop road noise and hot air entering the cab
