Got this from a post on bc4x4.com. Its about a vid of Premier Danny Williams of Newfoundland doing some wheeling with Rick Mercer on the Mercer Report. Click on Season 5 Episode 4. Sorry it is in adobe flash - so no direct link.

Lots of good stuff here for the wheelers in the PR dept. However the best thing was the "manifold burrito". I had never though of a manifold burrito. Hmmmm -- nothing like pulling into camp and having dinner all nicely cooked and ready to eat from your manifold oven. I am already drawing up plans. Or how about fesh buttered pop corn right off the exhaust. What's next? Some more coils hooked into the AC, a seperate valve, a little tinkering and I've got a mobile ice cap machine. :bounce::D:bounce2::D:bounce::bounce2:

John, your behind times. I think Gary T has been roasing weenies on his manifold for years. We all used to do it a lot, but seems lately it's fallen out of favour. Gary used to make this mish/mash of... I don't know what, but it was good. He wrap it all up nice and tight in aluminum foil and toss it onto the manifold. It was great. I saw a guy on Rubicon with a pnuematic blender, he was making margarietas for everybody! Your only limited by your imagination.

Forget the ice caps, the last idea is way better. An AC ice machine and a pnuematic blender, then add a Coq Grill making fresh hot tortillas, nopales, refired beans and salsa and I could have a real Mexican Troll.

Cooking on the exhaust is an old one.... On snowmobiles we used to have some good stuff in some tin foil for when we'd pull up for a break.

The Mercer report was good one. That Danny Williams has a great sense of humour.
