So I am coming back from a service call (in town) and I notice I am slowly loosing me clutch. Since I've already replaced the Master cylinder in this truck 4 times I automatically start swearing. Not even 15 minutes later I am forced to shift without the clutch since the pedal does nothing. I finally find a place to stop and look at the damage - to my shock there is fluid in the reservoir and no leaks visible. I crawl under the truck and see something new. The slave cylinder push rod actually wore through the clutch fork and is now sticking straight through the other side. No wonder I had no pressure on the pedal. Some quick "in-town / trail style" repairs and back on the road with a very nice clutch pressure. Good thing I have a lot of crap in the truck.
Another thing I get to add to the "to be fixed" list.
