I recently purchased a 2008 LX570 and noticed there are no blank switches. Whilst this is usually a good thing and means the car came with all the bells and whistles (and it did of course) but it leaves me to wonder where I can put a switch for some accessories.

What's everyone else doing? Going right to the ARB Linx or sPod stuff?

My vote goes to the Switch Pros 9100 but the sPod stuff is great too. I have no experience with the ARB Linx. As far as where you should mount it, well on that particular year there is little real estate on the dash so I would go for the hidden mount in your sunglasses holder overhead.

Sounds something like a first world problem? :)

There's a bracket built for sunglasses holder of a Tacoma where a Switch Pros setup can be conceal mounted. I've not see this on an LC/LX, but there's a possibility this could work, as I've seen this bracket used in a GX470.

I am using a 4way Bluetooth Relay underhood and a bluetooth app on my phone. So far I only have an air compressor, but it works fine for that use. For other non mission critical items I'm sure it would be sufficient.

Another option is to use the little remotes/relays (I forget the frequency but they are easily found on Amazon) they use the same freq/technology as your key fob, just provide 2/4/16 etc more channels. You'd end up with a fob in your center console probably.
