Lx570 2018 VGRS error

So i am getting this VGRS error on the dash, I recently had the car on ramps and changed the oil, all applied fluid film on the frame and took out some surface rust, around the same time installed some baja fogs lights. As soon i started it up it threw the error, I have checked the fuses, they look ok. I have an old tech stream version which goes only up to 2015 cars so using that i was able to connect to the car but it shows the VGRS system ecu not responsive. I though maybe the fluid film went into the electric wires vgrs system under the car so i took out the 2 of 9 pin connections points and cleaned them with electric contact cleaner still no dice. Car has 60k miles on and its amazing condition - i use it for cross country trips and i was going to head out to Colorado yesterday and this made me change the plans

Thanks for the response I have read these and did the troubleshooting per the thread. I am unable to clear the codes after the health check per techstream. Techstream is not able to talk vgrs system. I though maybe a weak battery threw the ligh so I had it plugged it for some time also the battery is about a year old.
