I found interesting deal online in VA, 2008 LX 570 with 50K on the clock.
When I try pulling car history from lexus website it comes back with only two records, both at 10 miles.

Pictures that posted on website show very clean car, but the fact that there is no history scares me.

Here is VIN number: JTJHY00W084017088

Has anyone seen this car in person and found issues with it?

Your “no history” comment is interesting to me. Should I ever get rid of any of my LC’s or other vehicles for that matter they will all be “no history”, however I can assure any buyer that they have all been well cared for. For example none of my LC’s have ever been to a dealer, EVER! All maintenance was taken care of by me and done right. So guess my point is, this in itself shouldn’t rule out a purchase, but if it makes someone feel better that there is a track record I get that, but it’s not always a non-starter.

Hmmm........no service record.......no Carfax or Autocheck listed in the ad.......less than 4400 miles per year........

Good to be scared, but could be just fine. If it was me, I'd do everything I could to verify its had at least some service and I'd get my own Carfax to see where it came from and where it's been. Keep your eyes wide open on this vehicle and don't get the "have to buy it" syndrome.

Honestly, with that low of mileage, if it appeared well cared for and didn’t have any weird title issues or frequent ownership changes, i’d buy it if it’s a good deal. It’s still 10 yrs old, so don’t let the low mileage dupe you into overpaying.

Get carfax and double check where the vehicle has lived. 50k miles in NYC are very different than 50k hwy miles. And get a PPI to be safe. If you decide to purchase, I would baseline all fluids (AHC, Diffs, Brakes, etc.), and for preventative measures, you might think about a new radiator. If all checks out, this would be one really nice truck for the right price. Good luck.
