Shippping would probably only a bit over a $100 to ship to Phoenix on UPS freight/ground. If you will ship, I sent a PM (check your private mailbox). what model is the winch? if it's an m8000, 4WheelParts had them for $550 shipped (not sure if that is the current price still) and at one point they were $495 shipped.
