Lx470 interior wood trim overhaul

i really like the look of it, definitely updates the look of the interior with the matte finished wood. This gives me ideas now.

Bumping this for possible update? Also did you do anything to the wood trim on the door panels?

I'm curious as I forgot how the wood trim is attached to the door panels and how easy is it to remove to do this
