I really like the utilitarian look of the LX450 steering wheels that are just leather all around without the wood grain, just wondering if those steering wheels are compatible with the LX470? Or would i just need to use the LC100 steering wheel that has the Toyota logo? Would love if i could find a solution and get to keep the matching Lexus logo on the steering wheel for my LX470

Appreciate any and all feedback!

What year is your LX? I have a mint leather wheel in my LX and would love swap it out for a wood grain one provided it’s also in good condition.

mine is an 01. unfortunately its not in great condition though. what color is yours?

I want to say 98-2000 came with leather? Mine is a beige interior so it’s like a beige color.

if anyone else stumbles across this and has a wood grain steering wheel in good condition and wants to trade for a mint leather one let me know!

The electronics and air bag are going to differ between the 80 Series and 100 Series, but you can swap a standard 100 Series LC wheel with a same year LX. I just snagged a "oak" wheel for my LC recently since my OEM one is trashed (most of my interior is good for 290k miles but the wheel got a lot of wear).

I believe they changed for electronics in 2003, so the 98-02 years are likely the same, and the 2003-2007 years probably interchange with each other.
