Tell me I'm not crazy but I think I should have gotten the LX570 or GX460 instead of the LC. I bought this out of market so I didn't pay close attention to features that are different than the LX. I had a local mechanic go over it but made the mistake of not asking about some of the features.

Most notably, HAC, and suspension control knob. Add to that Mark Levinson sound system and better/quieter insulation from road noise, real wood trim vs. plastic. I don't know if the LX mirrors have blind spot warnings or signal indicators but those would be others.

I also wasn't prepared for the large wheel wells and exposed holes when removing 3rd row seats but I can live with that. I plan on keeping for a LONG time so I'm thinking of selling now and holding out for a slightly newer LX. Thoughts????

What do you want to do with it? LC suspension is easier to modify and LX's are usually cheaper.

Good question....not nearly as much as most here b/c I have a hardcore Trooper trail rig. Basically DD with very minor upgrades like tires and betters shocks/coils.

The LX is 99% better than the LC we get here in the USA. The only real reason to get a LC over an LX is for extreme rock crawling with a heavily modded suspension ( but how many modders do that?). I off road my LX fairly hard and the AHC preforms flawlessly.

Interior is better, seats are better, paint is better, AHC is way better, it’s just all around a better truck. Now if they sold a basic LC here in the US in the ~$50k new differant discussion. But given the fact new they are <10% diffenance in cost and used LXs are cheeped. It’s a no brainer.

Have a stock ‘13 LX with AT tires on the 20s for summer and studs in the winter on 18” tundra wheels

I don't see any specific questions in there. What is it you want help with?

No blind spot until 2016 for both the LC and LX btw.

LX sound system is great, love the powered 3rd row seats that can fold up/down and powered lift gate.

But my LX is currently doing mall cruiser duties.

There's only one solution.

Do what the LC does best. Full overland build.

You'll feel like you're going on an expedition everyday, evening if you're just going to the mall. Then you can hard park next to all the LX's. :)

You shouldn't have gotten a GX for sure. (We're in the 200 forum after all)

As to an LX vs. an LC, I don't think it makes much difference unless you're building one for wheeling. I got an LX. I liked the styling a lot less, but it was heaps cheaper and the stereo and interior are nice. But if I'd found a well-priced LC, I'd have gone that way. In my opinion, they're really really similar.

Thanks to all....I really messed up. I want the LX.....so my LC will be for sale.

If I were to buy or swap, I'd prefer to stay with similar or new year LX and similar mileage. I've posted LC on Autotrader.

Love my 2015 LX570. I’ve owned a lot of the LX’s and LC’s, I replace the hydraulic suspension on my last 100 series with old man emu. When I was looking at 200 series I did a lot of homework on the hydraulic suspension. It’s in a class by itself you can’t even compare with the system in the 100 series.
