LRA 12.5 Strong Fuel Smell seems to be coming from rear passenger area

I'm still dealing with a strong fuel smell it's really bad in the garage and noticeable when parked outdoors.
Here are stats:
- 2020 LC200 < 2K miles
- 12.5 LRA tank installed
- evap replaced
- fuel system has been pressure tested and dyed with fumes only exiting the evap canister.

Not sure what to do next.

Replace the Evap canister and or lines around it and then retest it... leaks are leaks and need to be addressed one at a time.... seeing this is such a new vehicle, who did the install?
 
@mbach Is the evap breather installed in the passenger wheel well up higher than the other components?
Pull the inner liner. The rear of the passenger wheel well should have the pump and breather.

Bummer on that is... to replace the evap bannister, the entire tank has to come off.

I replaced my evap canister when my LRA went on...since I had already had evap codes long before my LRA. Codes returned... so pretty much a waste of an expensive evap canister. But at least I wasn’t removing a tankjust to get to it!
 
I assume no CELs? As the fuel system would potentially detect a leak.

Do you know where they located the EVAP breather?

As you say the only trace of fumes is coming from that component, I wonder where they decided to locate it and if that might be the issue? Can't say for sure, but that component may want to be located relatively higher than the tanks as gas fumes are heavier than air. I have mine way up just to the right of the fill neck.

After my install, I’ve had a pretty interesting grab bag of CEL, and had strong vapors. I worked with Georg and Ward to do some troubleshooting, and found all sorts of little issues.

1)The company that did the install may have damaged the charcoal filter, and attempted to epoxy the outlet back on. That didn’t work. The charcoal filter is in-line between the evap canister and vent per the LRA instructions. I removed the filter, ordered a new one, and plumbed direct to vent. That has cured all CEL as it pertains to vapor leaks, and am pending install of the new charcoal filter.

2) The evap canister to charcoal filter line was tied into the filler neck vent because the installer thought this was safer. What they created was a closed-loop where the evap system is constantly pulling vapors. This is a big issue by design. I segregated these lines per the install directions, and have not had any vapor related CEL.

3) The vapor smell is not gone.

When chatting with the LRA Team, they sent a new set of directions with a really good line drawing of the plumbing configuration. This was immensely helpful in determining deficiencies in the install.
