Lower Control Arm Bushing No. 2 -- old one has washer / spacer & new one doesn't?

Hi Brain Trust,

I did the search and couldn't find anything. Any wisdom appreciated!

I am changing the suspension bushings on the lower front A-arms on my 1999 land cruiser. I removed bushing No.2 which is the one that is mounted to the frame (left in below photo) and it has a washer spacer (red arrow). The new one doesn't have this washer and the field service manual doesn't show a washer. . . . . .

Has anyone encountered this before? Should I install the old washer along with the new bushing? Or do what FSM says and install it without the washer?

Anyone enchanted this before?

It's a shim, just transfer it over to the new unit

You could check the diagrams at Partsouq. For my 2003 it shows it there but not in the repair manual. I installed it with the washer
