Getting an annoying message that my windshield washer fluid was low. Re-filled. Low again in couple days. Ah, there's clearly a leak as there's a nice washer fluid stain on my garage floor.

Wonder if I drove too hard the last trip out and my 37s cracked the washer fluid tank above the drivers wheel well.

Fortunately not, and it looks like just a leaking pump. Leaking internally as it's stained at the weep hole and drip catch. I don't see much of any reporting of this but here's goes a fix.

Toyota part# 85330-60190 / Denso 060210-4541

I'm usually an OEM part snob, but since it's not critical and I want to fix this fast, Amazon has a well rated generic pump available next day.

Hope to get humpty dumpty together back together tomorrow for any upcoming trip this weekend.

In the engine compartment there is a plastic rivet that attaches the reservoir filler neck to the body. I noticed mine was missing a while back.

If yours is missing here are the part details: Toyota Clip 90467-07217

I bought ten and now have extras.

looks like it’s a common part shared across multiple models but the OEM price is quite a bit higher at $70. I didn’t realize how often I use my wipers/washers until I spring a leak at the headlight. Got that fixed asap lol.
